Each person may hold only one registered account on p777. Duplicate accounts – even those created with different contact details or payment methods – are strictly prohibited. If p777 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts associated with that person will be suspended and the matter will be reviewed. Winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering on p777. Every deposit-match bonus on p777 carries a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be played through on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means Rs 25,000 in qualifying game stakes must be completed.

All games available on p777 are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between general platform terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for that game.
All RNG-based games on p777 – including slots, table games and virtual sports – use independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by p777, by the game software provider, or by any player. Certification results are available on request from p777 support.
Crash games on p777 use a provably fair system in which the outcome seed for each round is cryptographically hashed and published before the round begins. Live casino games on p777 are broadcast in real time from audited studios. The physical game equipment – roulette wheels, card shoes, dice – is subject to regular independent testing. The following actions are strictly prohibited on p777 and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation:
Consequence of prohibited conduct: Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended. Winnings obtained through prohibited means will be voided. Deposits may be returned at p777's discretion after deducting any costs incurred. p777 reserves the right to report fraudulent conduct to relevant financial crime authorities.
p777 may suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, incomplete identity verification, suspicious financial activity, or requests from law enforcement.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, deposits made in good faith will be held securely and returned if the investigation concludes in the player's favour. p777 will make reasonable efforts to complete investigations promptly and to communicate outcomes clearly.
You may close your p777 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, p777 will process the closure immediately and permanently, not as a temporary suspension.
An account on p777 that has had no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. p777 will attempt to notify you at your registered contact details before applying any inactivity maintenance fee. The fee does not apply to accounts with a zero balance.

Where p777 is found to be liable, the maximum liability is limited to the net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs 50,000 – whichever is lower.

Changes that materially affect your rights or obligations will be communicated to you at your registered contact details at least 7 days before they take effect, unless the change is required by law or by a third-party licensing obligation, in which case it may take effect immediately.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of p777 after any revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you are entitled to close your account before the change takes effect. Contact support to request account closure and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which p777 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the p777 complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant governing authority.
